Come see LeatherWoolLinen and makers from around the country at Crafty Bastards Nashville on Saturday, November 4 from 10am-4pm!
from the Crafty Bastards website:
Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair is a juried exhibition and sale of handmade goods from independent artists that originated 14 years ago in Washington, D.C., presented by the Nashville Scene’s sister publication, the Washington City Paper. The Nashville Scene launched a version of the event in November 2014, integrating a curated selection of beer for sale along with the handcrafted items, activities, entertainment and food truck fare. We are thrilled to again host Crafty Bastards in The Gulch neighborhood on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 10 AM - 4 PM. This is a FREE community event!
Join me as LeatherWoolLinen makes its Chicago debut with a trunk show hosted by Union Handmade! I'm ridiculously excited to be included with the many amazing artisans owner and clothing designer Leigh Deleonardo has put together in her one stop style shop in the heart of North Center. You can find clothing designers, jewelers, milliners, knitters, paper goods artists, ceramicists and textile artists all represented.
I'll be there for a reception Friday evening and will be on hand Saturday and Sunday from 11-5 to personally introduce Union Handmade's customers to the LeatherWoolLinen line.
Union Handmade will carry a selection of LeatherWoolLinen goods after the trunk show.
Join me and fellow teachers Elizabeth Cogar, Sarah Hand, and Maggie Smith for a weekend of crafting, relaxing, and fun. This year I'll be teaching a leather journal cover class.
Not all thoughts require big paper, some just need a place to be jotted. Make your very own home for thoughts and lists in this leather journal cover class. You'll hand cut and sew a leather cover for a 3.5" x 5.5" notebook. Stamp your name, initials, a phrase, pin number, or nothing on the front to make it uniquely yours. If time allows you can add an additional pocket for coupons, receipts, and other flat treasures.
Please visit the Makeshop website for class and registration details. Hope to see you at Nimrod!
